As co-coordinators of  BABAMNA Atlanta 2024 convention General Assembly meeting, we are grateful that you are here.  The General Assembly meeting is the most important rendezvous of the convention where important matters related to the governance of BABAMNA are debated and decided by our members.

This year we wanted to make the General Assembly meeting an opportunity to engage the public, give it a glimpse of the inner working of BABAMNA and the opportunity to actively participate in discussions to plot new pathways forward.

The General Assembly meeting will be divided in two parts.

The first part from 9:00AM to 10:15 AM will be dedicated to governance matters:  activity report, change to bylaws and the election of a new executive bureau for a 2 years term.

During the 2nd part from 10:30 AM to 12:00PM, guests will join our members into four breakout sessions where groups of participants will have in-depth discussions on some selected areas of interest and will identify the top 3 action items BABAMNA should focus on in the next 2 to 5 years to address in a meaningful way the challenges in the area.
