Dear members of  BABAMBA family,
Dear guests, partners, friends, and supporters,

It is with a deep joy, a renewed sense of responsibility, and immense honor that I address this message to you on behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 2026 BABAMBA Convention, which will take place from September 4 to 6, 2026, in Québec City.

Following the memorable 2024 edition in Atlanta, which left a lasting impression through its unity, warmth, and the strength of its exchanges, we are now preparing to write together a new chapter in our collective history. Québec City, a city of heritage, culture, and hospitality, is opening its doors to host what already promises to be an exceptional convention.

The BABAMBA Convention is not merely a biennial gathering. It is a living space where our values, traditions, ambitions, and shared vision come together. It is a place where bonds are created, solidarity is strengthened, heritage is passed on, and the future of our community is shaped.

In 2026, we aim to go even further:

• In the quality of our exchanges,
• In the depth of our reflections,
• In the celebration of our diversity,
• Iin showcasing our talents,
• And in strengthening our unity.

Over the course of three days, the program will feature:

• High-level panel discussions and conferences,
• Cultural and fellowship gatherings,
• Community activities,
• Festive celebrations,
• And dedicated spaces for youth, families, and the leaders of tomorrow.

I extend a warm invitation to:

• Our members in the diaspora and on the continent,
• Our institutional and organizational partners,
• Our friends and supporters,
• All those who wish to discover, understand, or celebrate the BABAMBA spirit;

As well as to the host city of Québec and all its residents; your presence will give this convention its full strength, vibrancy, and significance
